Data from Integrated Game Servers

GameCord provides an SDK that game server operators may integrate directly into their games. Through this integration, game servers may transmit the following player data to GameCord's infrastructure:

• Player IP addresses (in-game session)
• In-game player names and identifiers
• Gameplay statistics and activity (level, position, class, actions)
• Server performance metrics (CPU, RAM, connected players)

Purpose: This data is processed solely to provide analytics dashboards and Discord bot functionality to the game server operator. GameCord does not use this data for any other purpose.

Legal basis: Contract performance — GameCord acts as a data processor on behalf of the game server operator, who is the data controller for their players' personal data.

Game players wishing to exercise their GDPR rights (access, rectification, deletion, etc.) should contact the game server operator directly. Players may also contact GameCord at the address indicated in the Contact section below.

How We Use Data

We process your data to provide our services, process payments, communicate with you, ensure security, and comply with legal requirements. We also process game player data on behalf of game server operators solely to deliver analytics and Discord bot features.

Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

• Order and payment data: 5 years (legal obligation)
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
• Account data: until the account is deleted
• Cookies and analytics: maximum of 13 months
• Game analytics data (player IPs, gameplay statistics): retained for the duration of the operator's active subscription, then deleted within 90 days
